You need to complete the form, write a check for the appropriate amount, payable to SC D.M.V. and take your check, application and CURRENT Dues Card to an area DMV office.

Orders are now being accepted for Masonic License Plates. These plates are issued through the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. To request your plate, please complete the application and take the application, fee and your CURRENT dues dard to a local DMV office. A check for the appropriate fee must accompany the application.
