In the the historic Olympia Community;
  close to the USC football stadium, State Farmers Market and the state fairgrounds.

To download the form for your Masonic License Tag, click the link above.  You will need Adobe Acrobat reader as it is in .pdf format.  You need to complete the form, write a check for the appropriate amount, payable to SC D.M.V. and take your check, application and CURRENT Dues Card to an area DMV office.

Orders are now being accepted for Masonic License Plates.  These plates are issued through the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles.  To request your plate, please complete the application and take the application, fee and your CURRENT dues dard to a local DMV office.   A check for the appropriate fee must accompany the application.  Click here to print the application
